Cindy D'Alonzo joined Mattingly Wealth as Director of Operations in October 2024 bringing with her over 20 years of experience in business management, operations, and financial oversight.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Towson University, graduating cum laude and earning consecutive Division I East Atlantic Gymnastics Scholar Athlete Awards.
At Mattingly Wealth Advisors, Cindy oversees day-to-day operations, streamlining processes to improve efficiency, client experience, and team development. She is dedicated to ensuring that both clients and staff are supported with the resources and systems they need to succeed. Cindy is known for her hands-on leadership style and ability to foster long-term client relationships.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys traveling and exercising with her family, supporting her children’s sporting events, and staying active in the community through various board activities and volunteer efforts.
Cindy resides in Parkville, Maryland with her husband, four children and dog, Cub.
